Payments may be made online at the payment portal. Payment options accepted are MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. (A processing fee is charged for any credit/debit card payments.) You may search with Citation #, Name and Date of Birth or Case number.

Municipal Court is located at the City of Lake View Municipal Complex, 22757 Central Park Ave, Lake View, AL 35111.

We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

(A processing fee is charged for any credit/debit card payments.)

Personal checks and company checks are NOT accepted for court payments.

By Mail:

Payments may be made by mail using a money order or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Lake View. Do not mail personal checks or cash. Be sure to include your full name, ticket number, and address on your payment and mail to: City of Lake View Municipal Court 22757 Central Park Ave Lake View, AL 35111

You must appear in court after the following citations are issued:

• Driving while your driver’s license is suspended, revoked or canceled
• Possession of drugs and or drug paraphernalia
• Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Failure to yield/move over for stationary emergency vehicle
• Open container
• Reckless driving.

For the Magistrate to DISMISS the following charges, you will need to meet the following criteria before your court date:

Driving without your Driver’s License or Expired Driver’s License:

• Your driver’s license must have been current on the date of your ticket. 
• You must bring proof within 10 days of getting the ticket. After 10 days you will be assessed Court Cost of $213.00.
• Must RENEW your driver’s license within 10 days of getting your ticket.
